The Oroville Association of Realtors® has been providing services to real estate professionals in the Oroville area since 1952. The members of the Oroville Association of Realtors® are active participants in the State and National Associations of Realtors®.

Located near the Feather River at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills, Oroville is home to about 13,000 residents but services an area encompassing about 40,000 people. Nearby is the Lake Oroville State Recreation Area which features Lake Oroville. With 167 miles of shoreline, Lake Oroville offers fishing, house boating, swimming, picnicking, water skiing, and jet skiing. The area also offers excellent hunting, golfing, hiking, and snow skiing, as well as easy access to Feather Falls, Lassen Park, and Lake Tahoe.
